My passion and obsession with stone is reminiscent of the relationship between man and nature and man and his beliefs. Those struggles also create harmony between the two.
The rhythms and patterns created through the process of carving symbolize a timeless space and energy. The end results are sculptures that express a search for self-awareness through elements derived from nature.

The exhibit is presented by the Sculptors Society of Canada at the Canadian Sculpture Centre in Toronto from August 17 to September 8, 2019. Opening will take place August 17 from 2-5 pm.
Update 19 August 2019: The exhibit became a showcase of four sculptors. A separate write up profiles some of the work on display.
